Shipping & Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Delivery Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
GVO Visions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. For further help, email us at info@gvovisions.com.
